Default Machine Monitoring - OEE integration?

(OEE = Overall Equipment Effectiveness is a collection of data representing how well (or not well) equipment is performing based off of expected good parts over a scheduled period of time)

Looking to hook-up remote monitoring of machine status via Ethernet (or wireless) with an Arduino or Raspberry Pi and a relay card.

Has anyone attempted this on the Haas controls?

These are the signals I'm looking for:

    - Power On
    - Faulted
    - In Cycle
    - Spindle On

Definitely willing to share success / failures as I'm also going to be hooking this "Plant Monitoring" to over 100 pcs of equipment. The majority are Haas controls.
