One mill needs x axis servo replaced, the other needs a spindle. Seller is giving me a spare spindle and servo along with a ton of spares. I put money down tomorrow. I can't afford new, or even a good used one. I work with a couple techs I can bounce ideas off off and I'm pretty handy. Not looking to run these 24/7, just starting out making some coin. What you think? Fair market price?
