    Default Connection using Telnet

    good morning to all,

does anybody know how to access the HAAS controllers via ethernet connection using Telnet protocol, port 23?

It asks for Login and Password and it's not the Login and Pass used for direct network connection....

Direct connection is working fine, file transfer, pc access to directory files on the controller and controller access to windows server it's all working.

I need to get machine status and data using Q commands, Telnet via port 23 is a possible way to do it in a controlled manner.

is there a standard login password that can be used? a default maybe? should it be used just for technical access? the Haas tech does not know it, they never used it.

Is it possible that it requires a specific Telnet software? Upon connection it does respond in the correct manner giving the Machine ID and a request to insert Login.

We have tried ADMIN ADMIN, LOGIN PASS, LOGIN blank, ADMIN blank, and the login/pass configured in 909 and 910.

    Anybody? please

    Better late than never?

    1. There is no username or password for the telnet connection on a Haas machine. Leave both blank.
    2. That is not the way to issue Q commands. The telnet interface will bring you to a WindowsCE prompt that does not accept Q commands.

This is how you access Q commands:
