Which way to turn stock for 2-sided machining

I havent done any two sided machining but have 22 patterns to cut that are all 2-sided. I use Meshcam3 build 17 The parts are cut from a blank of MDF that is 17X24 inches and 1 inch thick. On my meshcam screen the X axis is left to right and the Y axis is up and down. I locate the stock by the center which is drilled through the stock. I would like to know if I need to turn the material as a rotation about the Y axis where the left side becomes the right side and the top is still the top, or rotate about the X axis where the top becomes the bottom and left side remains the left side.

Concerning the above post, I ran the files for the top side and then the bottom side in a simulator. The material was rotated around the X axis with the top becoming the bottom.

Yes, that is the correct rotation.
