Daewoo Fanuc O-M Yr1999 Orientation Problem

My machine orientation is abnormally stop at various position after command M19. Each time in different positions.
Its actually started after I replace the timing belt for spindle(broken) and the external position encoder.
I did not make any parameter changing yet.

Can Anyone let me know how to solve this problem.

Is Your Chuck LOCKING?you Will Have To Reset Your Machine Parameters To Eliminate This Problem.i Just Had To Do It Myself.just Make Sure You Switch Power Off And Then On Again For The Changes To Work.
