    Tero--

I was trying to understand the user manual about the voltage for the power supplies, and got lost

Here is a link to the power supplies that I am using. ( I have three)
    https://www.antekinc.com/pdf/PS-10N80R.pdf

I think I figured out the following errors. I re tuned all the motors, and I changed the Following Feedforward in the position tuning section from 100 to 1000. I am not sure what that changed, but I tried to get it to fault at 750 IPM, and it did not.

I was going to try to go faster and see where the faults started happening, but I had to goto work. I will try tomorrow.

Is 1000 to high of a number for following feedforward? I just picked a number.

    Steve,

You don't have to worry about voltages if your supply voltage is at least 10% higher than motor rated voltage.

You can set feedforwards to zero if you don't know how they work and how they should be tuned. Zero is better than random guess value.

Insted concentrate on torque (PI) and position controller (PIV) gain values. They are the key parameters.
