An unidentfied box of brushless servo motors

Hi all.
I am reading and hoping that a solution is at hand. Many questions questions and hope that this is the place to ask.

The dual axis boards: Will they support brushless as the VSD-e does?

I have elcom (5173N002-R1 x four) motors with an encoder fitted. it has a laser cut disk with 500 cut into it so i am thinking its 500 lines. I cant find any info with the exception some one is selling them on ebay

Hi Paul,
AFAIK the dual axis boards are exactly the same as the single axis boards - it's just loaded with other firmware. The VSD-E can drive one brushless motor OR two brushed DC-motors (with the dual-DC firmware) - but not two brushless motors.

Thanks H.O.

Yes that is what is inferred but not stated. I was on the GD website and saw a link to dual brushless servo software. but the link was dead .

I should of asked before, does anyone have any info on the Elcom motors that I have?

Paul
