Stepmotor test

Now the first test with stepmotor, I connected motor in Bipolar mode, A+,A-,B+,B- stated in the manual and downloaded drive config for stepmotor without encoder, adjusted PI value. Started with stepresponse in torque mode
Looking very good, fantastic work.
Next start to implement a controller with dsPIC connected to VSD-E drivers

Good to hear so If you like dsPIC, then we have good news for you. Our next drive (the one with 110-230VAC input) will have used programmable dsPIC in addition to main motor control DSC. So any kind of control logic and interfacing can be programmed inside drive.

For the new one will you also have the possible to control 3 more VSD, we will use 3 axis and one servo motor

Hi start testing with stepmotors and all work fine, just download the setting and start. Next is to control the system with my microcontroller and run the mechanics.

Your new drive is for DC servo/BLAC and bigger motor, maybe 2200 watt or 3000 watt? Thanks.

Yes. Power is voltage x current so higher voltage drive easliy delivers more power.

At last we have the mechanics function, and we made test with the stepmotors and VSD-E units running smoothly and the repetition really nice, thanks !
