I placed an order and did not receive an order confirmation, and I have tried emailling and ringing the company but the telephone number just rings out.

Please help? I'm starting to get worried!

Thanks for your reply. Im starting to think you may hve been one of the lucky ones We went down this road with Granite devices still waiting for replys to emails sent time and time again to be honest tinking of tossing them and going to Gekos

Our machine is a large 5 Axis mill hugely expensive to have sitting around waiting for responces to technical questions

if you could recomend drives it would be much appreciated

My business trip to California ate almost all my time during 3 weeks, so I'm lagging behind in my email queue. I'm currently going thru all of the support requests but unfortunately some people experience delayed answers due to this. You emails will get answers.

Can you point out specific email (date when sent) where you would need answer urgently?
