Is anybody using granite with EMC2?... I have all the mechanical hardware for a good build and have hesitated buying controller hardware.... I have a 4 axis CNC running off of MACH3, set up and build in house using steppers. Would rather run servos for a small lathe...will Granite work with EMC2...does anybody have specific build examples? Forget the ethercat question for now. |

| The VSD drives (and VSDEPI breakout board) are designed to be directly compatible with EMC2 (at least in step/direction mode using parallel port, just like Mach3 does). I hope users of EMC2 would post their experiences :-) |
