| maching a sad face in red oak took about 3 hours at an 8% stepover flat end mill for roughing and round ball end mill finishing,ran the router at 19000rpm feed at 60ipm--turned out very smooth looks and feels good sad face |

| you're wrong thats where you're wrong its not hard and after a few plaques away you go ,cut3D software and files from http://www.vectorclip3d.com/ and you're in business. I'm really pleased with the results and i have a lot to learn. Cutting 2d you can do yourself with some struggling with clipart and corel draw but 3D i could not do it but a program called art cam can help a lot |
