Ok I have a post up and I am looking for quotes but as of right now I need help deciding what type of plastic I need to go with. Below is a PDF of a frame that I need cut out. The plastic needs to be .0625 thick I would like a smooth black plastic but a little bit of texture is ok. Needs to go from 70deg F to -20deg F without turning brittle and cracking if it needs to flex just a bit without cracking if it flexes just a touch. They are also attached with 3/16 rivets so it needs to withstand the expansion of the rivet. I have made these frames out of AL just not plastic yet the problem with AL is once it bends it keeps that shape thus not looking very good and holding and shape. This is a non stress part and in used only for venting. Sorry I am a newbie at plastic and looking for any advise I can get.
