What type of plastic for these brackets do you recmmend?

Hello to all:
What type of plastic is recommended?
I have a challenge to place a 45 degree bend one inch from each end of a 1 inch wide strip of plastic having a length of 6-11 inches. The 45 degree bend must be exact. The thickness has not been determind (i.e. maybe 1/8 inch, 5/32 inch, 1/4 inch).
Bracket should be: (Ideal requirements)
(1) Rigid (ideally like phenolic) after bent.
(2) Clear plastic
(3) low water absorption
(4) UV protection
(5) Easy to bend with a one sided heat bending jig or cold bending.
I tried polycarbonite (.220 and .375 inches thick). My one sided heating jig could not do it. Water bubbles too.
I tried PETG. This material bends very nice. It is not stiff/rigid enough. The thickness was about 1/4 inch. There is to much flexing of the longer brackets, i.e. 6-11 inches.
What tpe of plastic strips would do the job and still bend easy with srtong/rigid/stiff results, but not brittle.
Please see attachments what these brackets look like separately and 4 placed together.
I cannot have a flexing, wobbling or twisty non solid/rigid bracket system.
Thank you for your help.

Polycarbonate bent cold.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
