Hello all, I stumbled across an online article that was discussing diamond bits for cnc routers that would polish the edges of parts and eliminate the need for flame polishing. Anyone out there use bits like this, and know of a supplier for them? This is in regards to acrylic plastics and other "hard" plastics. Thanks! |

| Make sure you use cast acrylic, not extruded. You may be talking about diamond turning, which is what I do. You get an optical finish. But it aint cheap! Perhaps youd like to exhhaust other avenues first before considering diamond turning! Regards!
