Sink Undermounting (Prep)

I want to drill in the holes for the sink mounting screws with the Z.Bav on a peice of stone but really was not sure which operation under EasyCAD to use.
After the vanity is cut and the sinkhole is made, we are supposed to cut/drill a slotted line about 1.5" to slide the screw head through this fitting to the opposite end where it stays in place.

Has anyone seen this tool they use it has a square shape but comes up almost like a diamond to make an insert "cut" What is the name of it?

Any information would help me at this point before I start my next project.
