wow, that is some really cool stuff you got there. Shame its to be chucked.
Was having a clearout today and found some old parts I made (I always make more than I need) and before I bin them thought I'd post a piccy of them.
I remember every bloody finicky mathematical problem with each and every one of them, but still feel a strange sense of loss at sticking em in the bin.
Materials are various polymers (plastics) of differing refractive index.

I love deadlines- I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

Shame on you! All you need is a larger storage area!!!![]()

Yes, sometimes you just don't want to get rid of them. When I switched to CNC from doing everything on manual machines with jigs and fixtures I threw out three 45 gallon drums full of the old drill jigs and things. Sometimes I wish I had kept a few examples.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
mkae paper weights out of them and sell them at the flea market LOL..geees if I had them I'd never get anywork done . in reality if there an art school around you I would donate them and get a tax break
@ Imacarrot- if you have a large optic I could use for inspection that would be great , These eyes arn't so young for small stuffmike
