I have a injection moulded part that is shaped like a "U". The part is 2 inches wide,1 inch across the top,and .100 thick. it is like a plastic clip. I had some made out of a 6/6 nylon and it worked great in florida, but when subject to 20 degrees F.,and bent to extremes,it shattered and pieces when flying. Im concerned about a possible eye injury.I would rather the part cold form that shatter at temps below 32 degrees to - 20 F. Please if you have any suggestions for a plastic that wont brek, but still reacks like a composite ot nylon from 32 to 125 D F. The mold is built for .016 shrink,Thank you,Dan |

| a grade of polycarbonate might be an option, from memory, PC has both a lower and higher operating service than 66..becareful about colouring pc though, loose a bit of its impact strength when adding a masterbatch etc.. |
