| Hello everyone, I usually use a ¼" onsrud bit to cut acrylic sheet.. But at this width and depth I think I may be milling or a while. I usually cut 0.1" ipr (depth per cut) I have a 3 flute ½" aluminum cutting bit and wonder if it will work and if it could work what feed and speed am I using? Gerald |
