I use a carborundum stone (oilstone) for sharpening my knives and it gives great results. However, over the years the surface has become bowed (no longer flat).
Is there anyway to lap/ grind or machine it flat again please? I mean it's gotta be pretty tough cos that's what it's designed to be...
Any ideas gratefuly received. Many thanks.
I love deadlines- I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.
