I need to cut a bunch of db9 and db25 cutouts in electronics project boxes. Can some one help me find the correct bit and feed speed. I'm just getting a meltdown with a new 1/8 straight router and any speed. Thank you Don |

| Hi Don, Using a 30,000rpm router and 2" per second feed rate you should have no trouble melting in the usual ABS plastic electronics boxes. We use those values with 1/4" and 1/8" straight cutters. Gotta be sharp though! Regards, Terrence |
