| Hello All, I'm having a materials problem. BIG problem. I'm in need of plastic block not sheet stock..and I can't find it anywhere. What kind of plastic..I don't care as long as it machines smoothly. Cheers, Gerald |

| McMaster Carr ? Http://www.mcmaster.com type "plastic" (no quotes) in the Find box then select "Sheets, Bars, Strips, and Cubes" then choose your specs for size and kind of plastic. Might be cheaper to get Square Bar and cut yourself.

| where in Canada are you? how big a piece constitutes a block? these guys are good in the TO area, esp if you're a retail buyer, it's more like a store than an industrial supply environment. Also check with the MRO metal guys (one source or metal supermarkets), they might source stuff for you or get enough calls that they know who to refer you to. http://www.plasticworld.ca |
