Acrylic glueing

Hi guys I'm looking for a strong glue too glue acrylic plastic 4.5 & 6mm sheet.
I know there is proper acrylic glue but the plastic I'm using is painted with a epoxy based paint , I'm led too believe acrylic glue is acetone based which would affect the paint. So I'm looking for a clear fast drying glue that won't affect the paint on the acrylic
