I am in the middle of making a general speed and feed calculator for broad range of materials for end mill operations. I am missing info on teflon, delrin and starboard and was wondering if anyone has any general cutting speed in fpm for hss and carbide tools and feed per tooth at .05" and .25" cutting depth, and bit sizes: 1/8",3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" for any of these materials.
