intermac master 43 twin - manual tool change

i can't get this beast to take a tool manually, i know it works, the tech did it last week, but he's on holidays now.
anyone know the sequence/etc... to get this thing to take a tool when i press the primary/secondary buttons on the head?

    Any help is greatly appriciated.

If its not too late, You have to have the Intermac program set on the Tool set up setting, then turn the switch into disable mode. Go to the machine and push and hold the black button beside the motor head. You will hear the tool head unlock. Put the tool in and let go of the button
