What method should I use? Need to build iphone case prototype.

    Hi

I"m a total newbie to getting things made out of plastic. Although I have some machine shop skills that I picked up as a researcher in college physics department and NASA.

I need to make a few iphone case prototypes out of plastic...

    1. Somehow I need to fabricate the very first one. metal? wood? 3d printed plastic?
    2. Then I need to decide on some kind of molding process so I can replicate a few out of the final material.

Any suggestions on how to make my prototype?

    Thanks!
    Jason

I can 3D print one for you, and potentially advise on the next steps for higher quantities. Are you looking to make 10's, 100's, or millions of these?
