I was wondering how much a typical extrusion die for UHMW costs. My profile is an oblong shape with no hollow parts that fits within a 4" diameter. Does anyone have any experiences extruding UHMW and if so what kind of price did it cost you?  |

| According to one manufacturer, it cannot be extruded or molded and keep the properties it was made with. See http://www.garlandmfg.com/plastics/faq.html Regards, Cameron |
