Working Sunday on me own :( bored

Anyone else working? am making an endoscope for medical folk to examine womens' insides, that's a first on me, my optics are everywhere (satelites, submarines, helicopters missiles etc), but they've never been there lol.

Anyway, I got the machine all programmed and settup, I'm at the boring bit where it's the "big green button" time... bored out of my head.

Oh boo hoo the man is bored working on a Sunday.

I worked all day today making a tube bending die set that I hope (fingers tightly crossed) will work and give me an U-shaped bend in 7/8" OD stainless tube with both arms and the base all in the same plane within a few thou. Our fancy Ercolina bend doesn't do things precisely enough when you do it in two separate bends.

Now because I feel virtuous after working all day I will go and kill a bottle of wine.

Just fill it with sand, tape the ends closed and bend it on your knee

Good Lord, a couple of thou is massive, you should be able to see that with the naked eye.
