    Thank you mule13
It seems to solve the problem.

I would love to know what all can be adjusted from MP0. So what do they all do or mean?

I have changed the entire surface of the table, because the iron table were several millimeters crooked. At first I used a long 65mm milling tool and milling the entire plastic part off and the iron table machined straight. I glued the plastic surface and machined it straight. I made the grooves on table whit extended 10mm mill tool.
Program I made whit G-code in the editor.
Program will be opened on screen menu “SPG”
    Enter the program name

    Intermac Master Bevel 2300-dfd-jpg
Slot Milling program if I remember correctly now looks like this:
    G90 ("absolute" programming)
    A0B0 (A and B axis to zero)
    M35 (Pin in)
    M3S5500 (Clockwise 5500 rpm)
G0X0Y-2003.6 (rapid traverse x200 y-axis to center of the y-2003.6)
    M7M8 (water on)
    G1G91Z-59F2000 ("incremental " Machining motion 2000mm/min z-59)
    G1X3000F750 (Machining motion X3000 750mm/min)
    G0Z59 (rapid traverse z59)
M5M9M13M45 (stops the spindle / off water / water off / pin out)
    G90G0x0y0 (rapid traverse x0 y0)

    Thanks MyMind,
I was able to grind the table today. I think the finish of it is quite good but I suggest that B axis is not completely straight. I have the original values from Intermac, but when I used those, the pins did not go inside so I have changed the value in F19. The thing is I dont know how to find out when is the B axis in level. On the screen its shows me 0 but when I look at the pin its not exactly in the middle of the place where it should go in. Anyway I think I made good job I will have to make also the suction cups because also those are not straight.

In MP0 you can change almost all the parameters of the machine.
In axcfil I usually change values when I get a specific error or watchdog. If you have axis error during zeroing you open this file, go down to the specific axis and change the values of NAS, RAP with some smaller values. I removed almost all my watchdog errors thanks to changes in this file. Sometimes it still happens to me but Intermac told me its a battery or power problem inside the machine. Its a commonly known problem of the machine they told me. So its not possible to remove it completely.
I dont know exactly what do all the things mean but I was changing many things in many files so if you need something specific tell me. Atleast we can compare the values what we have.

    Best regards
    Mule13

    leveling A + B axis:
Use dial indicator to set A and B to level
    Intermac Master Bevel 2300-heittokello-jpg
Use MANJ mode and jog speed 0.001 steps.
    Intermac Master Bevel 2300-mode-jpg
Choose A level it using +- directions and same to B axel
    Intermac Master Bevel 2300-b-heitto-jpg

add values to F19 to E72 and E75
    E72 = - 0.005 – 11.47 = -11.475
    E75 = 0.018 + 8.55 = 8.568
    Intermac Master Bevel 2300-f19-b-jpg
    And to F25
    99 = X=0 Y=0 Z=???? A=-11.475 and B=8.568
    Intermac Master Bevel 2300-f25-b-jpg

Reset axis "F18" or run “F19” to take fixes to use.

Check fixes whit dial indicator so all is leveled correctly

    Hi.
I need help with our Intermac: MASTER BEVEL 2300
We just take the machine (2001 year of production). We connected main power and start it.
First Power ON - there was the error message:
    - F0034 CMOS Time Error
    - F0027 Unrecoverable Power-UP Error

After that we turn OFF and turn ON the machine again. The message after that was:- NON system disk or disk Error
What could be the problem? The previous owner say that the battery is poor and maybe the program was deleted.
We try the floppy disk we have and they are damaged too.
On the floppy is the program version: 8601 AT/MC, E32 V5.2
Any one have this program? Can anyone send me the image of floppy with this program.

    thanks in advance

    I got this error too:
    RAM: F0034 CMOS Time Error
    CPU: F0027 Unrecoverable Power-UP Error
I hope it is only battery it has changed 28.1.10 (5 years ago)
    - I ordered new one..

I thry copy files form "boot disk v5.2" to another disk an it didin't work only when copied floppy disk it worked so it needs to bee identical and all data in right place, so I have 10 or more Alien binary disc V5.2 to be sure I have some one that works.

I have electrical diagram of Intermac: MASTER BEVEL 2300 (I scanned and make it a PDF)
    If someone need it still...

    Thanks for your reply.
I need electrical diagram for MASTER BEVEL 2300. Can you send me PDF on my e-mail salex_06@yahoo.com
About the Floppy Discs, is it possible you to make image files of them and send me too on e-mail?

Also I like to ask you about the battery: Is there any special procedure of changing? Give me the battery model to be sure, and send me address from where you purchase that battery.

    Thanks in advance.

I found Allen Bradley disk for formatting from Master Edge 4000 machine.
I start formatting according manual I downloaded from: Zippyshare.com -
When I start installing on screen appears: 8601 AT/MC Release 5.0
-Is that correct version for MASTER BEVEL 2300 we have? I think it must be 5.2 ???

    - Here is little confusing: On ITEM 9 writes: "Make sure that E-STOP are depressed"
And on ITEM 13 is: "release E-STOP on NC" That's don't have sense.
So I press and release E-STOP on NC.

After that there is no DEBUG on screen like in manual. So, I can't make or enter nothing from ITEM 15 to ITEM 32. Why ???

On ITEM 33 and 34 is press and release E-STOP on CNC Only this E-STOP from OSAI controler have impact. Other E-STOPs on machine doesn't.
    I do that and I have " ** INIT ABORTED ** " according ITEM 35

According ITEM 36 I press white arrow and on screen is FILMS3 20 instead FILMS1 20. I dont know why is that ???
Any way I continue on ITEM 37, so I press ENTER and I do the same according from ITEMS 38 to 57.

After that again I have problem: I don't understand ITEM 58 " Transmit machine data by PC to CNC. Wait end of operation."
    - How to transmit machine data?
And next on ITEM 59 I can not see the content of PGCFIL file.
So I stop here and can not continue according this manual for formatting.

    Any one can help me?
Anyone have original Version 5.2 disk for BEVEL ?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,
I finish with FORMATING and now I have new situation:
    1. I restart few times the machine, and every time it's starts up from Allen Bradley floppy disc. is it normal?
    2. I notice that files I load in "/MP0" are still there. So, what can you tell me about that, the battery keeps this files in RAM but not the program, so every StartUp I must use floppy disk?
    3. I try to enable the machine with push button: "Control ON". The servo drives going GREEN light for only few seconds. The machine like going ENABLE and DISABLE next second. And on screen was no message.
    - I have one message first time I was finish FORMATING, and the error message is: "FILMS4 25"
    - And the next Starting UP there was no this message again. Why is that? And still the Servo Drives go GREEN light and Disable next second.
Can anyone answer me about this situation?

P.S. I have electrical diagram. I need Operation Manual in English if anyone have it. I have in French. I will be grateful if it send to me. salex_06@yahoo.com

I had a problem. PC crashed between machining and started to load from boot floppy disk. It did not affected cnc machining, except that the control was lost what the machine is doing.
At the same time when I was repairing the CPU batteries figured out what this was caused of PC power supply crashes.
The new one was more difficult to get, when the power supply connectors is original PC connectors is directly from the 1980s, and needed combine wires.

I changed the floppy drive to CNC machine to this kind of USB reader.
I managed to clone boot disk to USB stick.
PC no longer could not read it at all after that but it worked in that "Liar floppy drive" and now I can stop use 1.44 disks.

Now this Intermac Master Bevel 3500 machine has come to its end. The tool attachment mechanism inside the spindle is stuck and tool replacement is unsuccessful. The new spindle costs more than the value of that machine. If someone needs spare parts against a small fee so you can ask.
Or the whole machine as long as the transportation from Finland and the "trouble" is replaced.

The new CNC-machine is coming on May 1, 2017 so there is little time if someone needs it or some parts of it. Let me know.

    Hey there,

can anyone help me, I am setting up an Master Edge (oldschool) machine. Everthing works except for F23. When i can choose all options and press "1" I get the FILMS4 24 error. So i already programmed it twice now. But still the same error...

    It says
    "OPERAND NOT PERMITTED"
The argument of a function is incorrect or an operand has been programmed which is inconsistent with the previous operands.

The script is quite good actually. The problem is, I think, it's for a 5 axis machine. Mine has 3 axis.
Yesterday I deleted some of the "wrong" bits and it started working without having the FILMS4 24 error.

This machine has to get the probe itself and not manually inserted, which is possible on a Bevel that we have here.

Probe should be in position 1, when I start option one in F23 (generic profile) it goes to position 10 and the machine will turn off by a spindle drive failure.
