Is it not up to your controller's rules to determine whether or not it will accept that sort of set of commands?
Technically, it is not necessary to turn comp on above the part anyways. It is possible to use full radius cutter comp in a slot only .0002" wider than the tool. The trick is the direction that you begin in must align with the long axis of the slot. This is because that is the only direction that you can command that the tool begin it's own radius from the profile. The lead in line (equal to tool radius + potential wear adjustment) must align perfectly with the long axis of the slot.
