toolpath help

Hello Friends,

I am having difficultly making this cut. It is close but comparing the render to the solid it doesn't match. The cutter is a 3.00 45° face mill. The major diameter is 3.50. I made a form tool and tried a really large countersink to simulate the face mill.

***CHANGE THE EXTENSION FROM .TXT TO .VNC TO OPEN IN GIBBS***

Any help would be great!

I don't have the surface module but I do allot of 2d surfacing. 2d surfacing is the best way to do simple stuff like the part your working on. I sent back your file so you could see what I did.
