Create a point at the location you want to start.
Move start/end point to the point.
I'm using Gibbs 2006, and I'm wanted to know how to get gibbs to start on the quadrant of a circle, when you select the circle, it starts where the mouse click is. I can get it close to the quadrant but not on it (I'm not talking about the ramp on & off just the full circle) It also make it easier to check the post, I know the earlier versions only did the quadrants. I'm sure there is a way to do this.

You can also break the circle at one of the quadrants
