    contouring in gibbs

i have done this before but i cant figure it out now. when finishing a profile, how do i just do part of the profile (eg. pick a corner with a smaller endmill) in the past i have moved the machining markers around but that is not longer working. any suggestions? besides creating new geometry on a differnt workgroup?

Two ways to do this, depending on what you are doing.

    1. If you only want to do a certain section of geometry and not the entire chain, you need to drag the the square feature marker onto the last section of geometry you want to end on, then the round endpoint marker to where you want the path to end.

    2. If you only want to drive a single geometry entity rather than the entire chain, drag the start point & end point markers to their postions on the geometry, right click on the feature markers and when the Single Feature Cut box pops up, click on that and the tool path will drive on that section. If you want to extend onto other geometry, move the start/end feature markers & the start/end point markers as needed. This does the same thing as number 1 above.
