Gibbs shortcut key crash!!

We are running version 9.3.4, and every time we use the ctrl+1, 2, 3, etc. shortcut keys, gibbs locks up and crashes on us. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or can anyone offer any help? Thanks for your time!

Nope, haven't had that problem... if I had to guess, I'd say you're computer is too old to run it?
