How do you setup a form tool in GibbsCam with a non-cutting (red) area? I've succesfully done the form tools but I read somewhere that you can indicate what areas are non-cutting and when you do they cut in red when that are hits the sotck indicating an error. Can someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I tried and it worked perfectly. This is the first time I use that wall to air feature. I always wondered what was it for. Are there any other uses for that wall to air toggle feature other than this one? Thanks.

Yes, pocketing and Material Only Machining. Turning geometry into AIR walls tells the system the tools can enter/exit through those places. It also allows the tools to overhang that geometry by whatever amount you enter in the OPEN SIDES dialog page. If you haven't been using this feature, once you use it you will wonder why you didn't. To use the Material Only Machining capabilities to it's fullest I would recommend going through the Mill Module Handbook. Good Luck.
