I think he is having trouble with his computor recognizing the Gibbs hardware key! I believe there is some kind of driver that gets installed with one of the installation disks. Or maybe Gibbs is asking for the hardware key and he no has one! He needs to call the sales rep who sold it to him or call Gibbs directly ....hope this helps amigo!
