I am trying to program a part using Rotary Milling option all thou I have never done it. But it wont let me highlight Rotary Milling to to try it? Is it a extra pluggin?

Are you doing continous 4 axis milling or rotary plane change. For Rotary,first check your document page and make sure your machine is set to 4 axis vertical mill. This should then show a rotary button on your coordinte setup page where you would setup your rotary axis. For continous milling, I don't know. Hope this helps.

it could be possible that your geometry is on "Z" 0.0. If it is, you have to move it to the radius of the diameter you want to cut.

It is and extra upgrade to have rotary milling.
