| Converting X axis to A rotation does anyone know hot to change all X moves to A rotation moves in gibbscam or a utility i can download to do this? i heard there is one out there but i can't find it. any help would be great. thx |

| you have to have the options but you can do it. first make sure that the 4th axis is turned on and in the right orientation in the document tab. then on right click on the workgroup in question and click the radio button that tells it this workgroup is a rotory axis. (i always forget this step so it may not be neccessary) then when machining a contour you have to go to the rotory tab of the process and make it rotary milling and if you want it to start at a different angle than straight up tell it what degrees. 0 is straight up.
