I have been using Gibbs at work to program for my Haas minimill at home I have some issues with cutter comp. The problem I have is that I get comp errors on small moves. Or it tells me the tool is too large during pocketing operations where the tool is more that 1/2 the width of the pocket.I am using a fanuc post. does anyone have a good minmill post that works for them that they are will to share? or idias to make the one I have work?    |
