    Efficiency.. ways to track delays?

WOndering if there is a way to track delays from programming. There are always ways to improve your process... getting rid of any delays, making the operation quicker. I would like to think there is ways to improve the process I have now just unsure of what to look for and what to track.

    Also,
with each operation how do I know if it is programmed in the best most efficient way.

    Thanks.

Are you asking about estimated machining times? Look under Operation Summary.
