    New use for "create tapered thread"

    I don't have solid surfacer, so surfacing solids can be tough sometimes. Even more so when I need a good finish. I am able to do tapers and corner radii, but it just does a sequence of z step increments that tend to look kind of poopy. Enter "create tapered thread".

    In plug ins - geometry - you'll see create tapered thread. This alows you to now generate a tapered spiral conture. Shure, it was deigned for thread milling npt fittings, but I have been using it to create beautifull tapers for port fittings. See example:
