Gibbs Help Needed - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

For some reason when a couple of our programmers open Gibbs, even while selecting Volumill in the License Manager, the Volumill tile does not come up on the Machining Manager. We have made sure that it is not opened on another computer eliminating the problem of using more "seats" than we have a license for. It has worked on these computers previously. Does anyone have any recomendations or ideas as to what the problem may be?

I had a similar issue not that long ago, and I just needed to re-install the license file.

Sorry, I forgot to post Friday that we did resolve our issue. We did just that - reinstalled it and made sure we had Volumill selected.
