    How to project splines

    Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to project a spline on one flat working plan.
Look at my part and let me know the best way to get it.

    Thanks a lot,

Select the geometry ---> Modify ---> Force Depth

You can also select the face of a solid and the geometry, then goto: plug ins, solids, project on to solids, project contour. In this instance its not really worth it because you are making a curved piece of geometry flat. If, though, you have a model with a curved surface like a wheel centercap and want to put some engraving on it, you can see how usefull this could be.
