    Learning GibbsCam

Hello everyone I am new to all of this CNCing stuff. I have some experience with bobcad, but I recently got GibbsCam version 2007 from a buddy. It didnt come with any tutorials or books. Whats the best way to learn this stuff? Is there a GibbsCam for dummies? How did you learn it? It looks like a powerful software. Looking forward to joining the crew. Thanks in advance

Go to Midwest Cam Solutions and follow link to training videos. These are good and they are free.

Okay I just got the software and I am trying to learn it. But I am also trying to help a guy out I work with. He has an OLD version of Gibbs it is like version 5.11 or something. Anyway he is working on this part and can draw out the details but cant get the radius along the holds to follow the outter rim of the bowl of this part. I tried letting him use my gibbs but he is unfamiliar with this newer version. I wanted to ask if anyone could help me figure out how to keep the radius on the holes to follow the contour of the bowl and keep a .25 radius all the way. I have attached a drawing that may indicate what I am talking about. We put his file in my gibbs now we need to know what feature will do this. He believes it has something to do with the solid plug in or something. Thanks
