    and gibbs cam 6.11(2002 year)

    i research post processor..for this..

It's must have G91G28Z0 on starting of program,,
and tools search T20-M6 ..in the single block
not T20 and M6 in onother block..

sorry but it's a delicate older machine :]

insert one exsample of tipical program:

    O0001
    G91g28z0
    t11m6
    g54
    g90x0y0s600m3
    g43h11z20m8
    g99g81z-12r5f50
    g80m9
    m5
    g91g28z0
    m30

    THank you in advance!

Sounds like typical Fanuc post. Looks like any Haas post would work as well.

Most Mitsubishi POST no G91G28Z0 at begining, tool change and something else no good. Even need some special Codes such as ",R0" for Tapping : G84G98X0.Y.2Z.-.5R.1F10.,R0

jeffliu2, I knew something else had to be going on. The sample code he posted is identical to my Haas post that Gibbs created for me, and the ones I've seen in your library.
