    G54/G55 work offset systems

How can I tell my Gibbs post to use G55 as my default without running more than one part?

Create a new CS in the CS list and use that CS when making your toolpaths.

CS1 is always G54, or E1 for Fadal etc...

    CS2 is G55, CS3 is G56, etc....

In your process tile you need to select the correct CS that corresponds to the fixture offset you need to use, in your case its CS2. Select CS2, redo the process and you'll output G55.

I too am not having any luck with getting Gibbs to post with anything other than G54. Even when it is noted with in the CS panel as a difference WFO it still wont post. Has anyone else had this problem and overcome it? If so please let me know.

    OK I got it

Never mind as I managed to work it out. Instead of entering 55 in the WFO, you enter 2 (as in 2nd work offset). It will then post as G55.
By entering 55 it reads it as there are 55 work offsets. As the machine does not have that many WFO's available, it simply defaults to G54.
    Hope this helps
