Need Help!- Machining Engineer -- CNC Programmer

Our client, a well-established and profitable supplier of medical devices and implants, is searching for a Machining Engineer / CNC Programmer to develop new machining processes and techniques that will be implemented on the shop floor. The products are machined from exotic materials to very complex geometries with dimensional tolerances to +/-.0001". The ideal candidate has expertise with developing CNC programs for 5 axis machining centers using MasterCAM and/or GibbsCAM (preferred). Experience with Willemin machining centers would be a plus. This position is located near Cleveland, Ohio.

Position Requirements:
~ Expertise with 5-axis tool path generation / CNC programming using systems such as MasterCAM and/or GibbsCAM
~ Proven experience in machining environment working with CNC machinists
~ Experience developing tooling and complex machining methodologies in a production environment
~ Able to design tooling and machining fixtures
~ Capable of selecting the proper machine tools and processes to manufacture a particular part
~ Hands-on working style
~ Comfortable interacting with customers
