FNC-5 memory module failed on back-up

We have a Behrens Laser CB2500, our FNC-5 memory module has failed on backing up the plc program.(static ram error). We have a hard copy from Behrens(in German), does anyone know how to get this info back into the memory module? Memory module and I/O inputs are made by Control Techniques.
