Hi all. I cannot delete two pre-loaded programs from my Mitsubishi 110G WEDM. They are programs #8988 and #8985. The programming manual informs me I have to have the "edit lock" softkey off to delete any program in the 8000 - 8999 range. I have done that. When I attempt to delete them I get an "error data memory" message and the machine alarms out. When I attempt to call up these programs as if to run them I get a "not found" message and of course, another alarm. When I view the program map the programs are shown to exist. Aaaggghhh! I was wondering if there is an "enable" switch on one of the boards that I am unaware of. Our LeBlond Makino VMC has one but the Mitsubishi programming manual makes no mention of one. This is only a problem because the memory is so small in these machines any any space is very valuable. Any takers? Thank you in advance for any help.
