Hello forum users,

I am considering CNC plasma to cut slots and tube ends in 304 and 316 SS tubes:
- tubes are 1” dia. in gauge 16 and 1 ¼” dia. in gauge 11
- 3/16” wide and ¼” wide slots must be cut along tubes from 2’ to 7’ long
- tube ends must be cut at different angles

What sort of accuracy will I be able to obtain on a 0.1875” wide slot?

Companies such as Torchmate offers tube cutting attachment, anyone using such attachment to achieve angle cuttings at tube ends?

Please advise.
