    Hypertherm customer service

People are quick to bit*& and complain about customer service. Well I want to post up the good side of a company. I dropped Hypertherm customer service an email this afternoon 12/14/08 (Sunday) with a question about kerf width for different consumables and amperages. Very much to my surprise I got an answer back from them this same evening. Jacob Emery, one of their technical service engineers received and answered my question on a Sunday. This is customer service personified!

Anyone considering purchase of a plasma unit needs to put customer service into their consideration of an overall purchase. I highly reccomend Hypertherm! I have no personal affiliation or ownership with this firm other than owning one of their Hypermax 1250 units.

When i worked for multicam and intalled a lot of plasma, there was a couple of times I had to call Hypertherm and they were always quick with troublehooting and diagnosis, and to the point. Always had a good experience with hypertherm.
